Berry Recovery Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mixed berries                                                                                      
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats                                                                                          
  • 1 cup low fat yoghurt                                                                              
  • 1 cup water                                                                                             
  • Honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)

Method
Add all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.   Pour into glasses to serve.
